This is not a live MCP server yet.

Planned tools:
- list_reports — read inbox items for a paid project
- get_report — read one report

Policy:
- Reports already email the project maker and can POST to Slack or Discord.
- Bugs may be drafted by an agent later.
- New features and wishes require a human approve in the inbox before any agent may implement.
- No autonomous deploys. No auto-merge.
